CAMA Leadership Exchange
In conjunction with the CAMA Board of Directors, the Anchor & Ascend Institute is proud to offer the CAMA Leadership Exchange™, a flagship program for Chief Administrative Officers and senior municipal administrators.
This structured, small-cohort experience integrates peer connection, evidence-informed leadership tools designed specifically for CAO's, and facilitated engagement to support decision-making, reduce isolation, and strengthen leadership capacity in high-accountability municipal environments.
Three cohorts of the program are offered annually (February, April, August) and are exclusive to CAMA members.

The CAMA Leadership Exchange™ is offered through a formal partnership between the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA) and The Anchor & Ascend Institute.
CAMA sets the program's strategic direction and makes it available exclusively to its members. The Institute leads the program's design, curriculum, and facilitation.
Together, the two organizations ensure the Exchange reflects the real pressures CAOs face and the professional standards CAMA represents.
