The Anchor & Ascend Institute is a proud partner of the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators.
In conjunction with the CAMA Board of Directors, the Anchor & Ascend Institute hosts the CAMA CAO Leadership Exchange, a flagship program for Chief Administrative Officers and senior municipal administrators.
This structured, small-cohort experience integrates peer connection, evidence-informed leadership tools, and facilitated engagement to support decision-making, reduce isolation, and strengthen leadership capacity in high-accountability municipal environments.
