In conjunction with the CAMA board the Anchor & Ascend Institute is piloting the second series of the CAO Leadership Exchange, a flagship program for Chief Administrative Officers and senior municipal administrators.
This structured, small-cohort experience integrates peer connection, evidence-informed leadership tools, and facilitated discussion to support decision-making, reduce isolation, and strengthen leadership capacity in high-accountability municipal environments.
